Leonida's fastest-growing wellness brand, PureVibe Holistic Immersion Studio, has come under scrutiny after investigative reports confirmed that its flagship offering — the $4,000 "Chromatic Detox Float Pod Experience" — is a repainted commercial refuse container purchased from a downtown Vice City hotel for $180. The container, which sits behind a converted strip mall in Little Havana-Adjacent, has been rebranded with the word "VOID" in gold sans-serif lettering and a QR code that links to a breathing exercise.
Founder Maxine "Max Ora" Oravetz, 34, dismissed comparisons to a dumpster as "a limited energetic perspective," telling this publication that the Float Pod is lined with "proprietary chromatic film" (bubble wrap painted black) and that the "ambient sound healing protocol" is a Bluetooth speaker playing ocean sounds from a free app.
