Vice City Dog Groomer Charges $1,400 for 'Emotional Wellness Package,' Dog Still Bites Everyone
The wait list for an appointment at Aria & Paws Holistic Pet Studio in Vice Point is currently fourteen weeks, which is remarkable given that its flagship service — a $1,400 "Canine Emotional Wellness and Fur Intention Package" — has a success rate its founder, Aria Fontaine-Welsh, describes as "spiritually complete regardless of the dog's behaviour afterward."
The package includes a 90-minute grooming session, a 20-minute "chakra tone bath" (a singing bowl waved near the dog), an aura reading ("I'm picking up some red. He's a fire dog."), a printed "Soul Trim Report" detailing the animal's energetic state pre- and post-session, and a cold-pressed organic vegetable juice which the dog immediately refuses.
Fourteen of the last twenty clients surveyed by this publication confirmed their dog bit someone within 48 hours of the visit. Aria attributes this to "the detox process."
